We do not claim architectural, real estate, mortgage, or other state-regulated professional licensure outside Illinois.
Any construction, architectural concepting, real-estate commentary, consultation, or financing discussion is educational, conceptual, and informational only.
User Acknowledgement

7. Service Delivery Outside Illinois
Users clearly understand and agree that:
Illinois — full architectural services are legally provided.
California — residential design consulting only, under legal exemptions.
All other states — content and consulting are conceptual, educational, and advisory only.
No user may contract with us for state-regulated architectural services outside Illinois.
If a user attempts to do so, the agreement is void with respect to regulated services.

9. Dispute Resolution & Governing Law
For all matters involving Website use, content, consulting, courses, or digital products:

the laws of the State of Illinois, USA, without regard to conflicts of law principles
Any legal action shall be exclusively filed in:
